Health and Fitness Goals for June

All right, new month, time to check in and set new goals.
Here's what I was trying to do:
* Walk back the time I'm going to bed.
* Finish cleaning my office.
* Keep running.
How did that go?
Well with the running, though I've eased off a bit last week. I did manage to get my 5K with my niece and nephew done and I've now set a goal to improve my speed. (I am too slow for my nephew *lol*)
I've done so-so with the going to sleep. I was doing a good job and then slipped back into old habits for a week. I'm sort of recovering, though that means I should actually be going to be now. Oops.
So-so on the office, too. I still have more to do and I've been dragging my feet, because the next step is sorting things into the "get rid of" and "keep" piles and I am terrible at making the first one.
So, really, for the next month I pretty much want to carry those forward:
1. Walk back the time I'm going to bed.
2. Finish cleaning my office.
3. Increase my running speed.
I think I'm good with that for now.
