Summer 5% challenge

Very soon we will be starting the Summer version of the 5% challenge. It doesn't really have much to do with losing 5% of your current weight but it is a chance to get some self-instilled accountability because you have to enter your weight loss progress every week and the number of minutes you spend on fitness every day as well as how well you do the "living a good life" activity that changes every week.
We have several teams that compete with each other to get the most fitness minutes, lose more weight, and live the good life by doing a pre-selected healthy activity each day for a week. It's a chance to be your best self for 8 weeks and get the intensive support of a whole team of people.
