Down 47 Pounds and Feeling Fine!

This week was a pound loss, which is fine. I typically aim for a 2 pound loss, but a loss is a loss!

Tomorrow the hubby and I are going out for a bad cheat meal. It may mean I don't go down this week, but that's okay too. I'm going to have to think about my weight for the rest of my life, and I sure as heck am not going to stay away from bad foods all of the time!

I hope everyone is having a good weekend. I am hoping to spend some time reading in my hammock today.
