Overcoming a stall

I've been on this weight loss program since April 17th. For the past few weeks I'd drop one pound and stay there for a week or two. A couple of days ago I added in walking (besides what I do at work every day), just walking a lap or two around the local mall. (Too hot to walk outside.) VOILA! Suddenly I'm dropping a 1/2 pound per day! This morning I almost hit the 25lbs mark! When I started this I was wearing a size 18/20 pant. Today my size 14 jeans fit. PRAISE GOD! Now, it's time to add in exercise. I'll start with stretches and crunches and see where it goes from there.

As of today: down 24.8lbs
3.5 inches in my chest
3 inches in the waist
3 inches in my hips
