Lesson Learned--Stay on Course

Hello Spark Family,

I have heard several times about cheat days or cheat meals so today I felt like cheating emoticon despite the fact I prepared my healthy lunch and brought it with me, grilled chicken breast and mixed vegetables emoticon emoticon yum yum.

I have co-worker who has also decided to loss weight and we talk a lot to each other about ways to improve. Well today we felt like a burger, so we decided to go to a local cafe that serves great old fashion burgers. We tried to cheat the cheat meal and split the burger and the green bean fries. I normally take my lunch in my car ( I need the me time). I picked up lunch came back to the job and split the meal with my friend.

On my way to my car the freaking top bun of the burger feel on the ground. Yes bun, onion, pickle and tomato. I was like emoticon . I was left my piece of lettuce, half a patty and the bottom buns and the a few fries (did not have much to start with).

I ate what was left an was starving. Needless to say when got back on the inside I had to heat up the chicken breast and mixed veggies.

The moral to the story... just stick to your plans
