LCHF Day 8 for me! Made it so far!
My family usually has pizza every other Saturday, so my dh made the "normal" pizza for them, and I made this one for myself because I couldn't stand the thought of them eating it in front me. So, I made my own version of LCHF Fat Head pizza.
The dough is made from almond flour, flaxseed flour, 2 eggs, 170 g mozzarella and a spoon of olive oil.
After baking it in the oven for 10 min, I added the topping: tomato sauce, oregano, shredded tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese. I baked it for another 10 minutes and voila!
The dough tastes like every other LCHF dough, weird at first, but you get used to it, but the topping is really tasty. I ate 2 slices and I feel full.
All I have to do now is brush my teeth and keep myself busy until dinner.
