Struggling

I woke up motivated. My day became stressful, I didn't stick to my diet plan, became over hungry and binged 😂

I read a lot of articles by Sparkman, and great tips insetting goals, and becoming more organized.

    SP is amazing when we do it just like it says. Drinking the right water amount. staying away for sodas and eating right and logging it daily. For me the water and no sodas seem to have made the biggest impact. Jan 1 I started doing SP as above and I have lost 30 lbs, after 30 years of spending a lotta money trying to buy someone to discipline me to do what I already knew I should be doing. Duhhh.

    It's okay. Tomorrow is a new day. I am using crock pot meals to help from binging. It is easier if the cooking is almost done when you get in from work.
