Set walking 5 days a week goal

Still figuring out summer schedule with teens home, and sharing the car with my oldest for her nanny job. But I think I can walk in the mornings after she leaves, and if not enough time can walk after dinner. It's hot & humid in the beautiful town of Virginia Beach, so looking for ways to work out before it's too hot.

Today I walked 45 minutes! emoticon
