Doing Well

Ever so slowly, but at least the scale is going south. I'm down four pounds from May.

I have increased my exercise and lowered my carbs. I even tried the Keto plan for a few days. I will tell you that Keto works for dropping the pounds. But I miss eating fruit, especially watermelon and oranges. I'm not a huge berry fan.

    I found the same thing- The pounds come off with the keto slow and steady -but I too miss the fruit. I love apples and watemelon and this time of year peaches oh yes and pears! and actually bananas are really nice for breakfast and....
    BUT WAIT.... I love strawberries and blueberries and I can't wait for the blackberries to be ripe. Those will have to do for now!
    Actually, a few berries every day does seem to be enough to fill my fruit square most of the time.
