Six months ago I made a goal of 145 pounds by my June 8 birthday. Seemed a reach since the last time I weighed that consistently was 35 years ago when my metabolism changed.
Not only did I meet that goal, it's been my maintenance weight for weeks!
Also, despite an LET fracture, several collapsed lumbar discs, osteoporosis, and osteopenia limiting my exercise ability I've averaged 1250 - 2000 steps a day in gentle slow walking.
Anything is possible when you set a goal with a date, and take small incremental daily task toward your goal(s).
