Is my Health Getting Better?

Sure. A bit. It's a little over a month since I restarted my program.
Positives - lost 8 pounds, feel a bit more energy, and feel satisfied with my more nutritious food choices.
Negatives - I'm still not sleeping well. More bad nights than good. Lots of aches and pains. Still feel disorganized as well.
Summary - will keep up with healthy foods. Easy in summertime with all the fresh produce. Will keep working out, to burn more calories and hopefully build up more strength and endurance. Will continue doing the bare minimum of chores such as mowing, cleaning etc, until time is freed up for these things. And will try to find more opportunities to rest.
Three and a half months until retirement. I must push on and make it to November, when I will be able to be in control of my time once again, and not have to plan my life around my job. Can't wait!!!
