So close!

I hit 152 lbs today.. I can't believe it. A year ago I was 220lbs. I noticed that when I increase my steps to 40000 to 50000 that I do not lose. I can't eat the over 2000 to keep up with the calorie burn. I took a step back and stayed within the 30000 step range tggis week and sure enough 2 lb weight loss this week. Guess my body was telling me to take it slower or eat more! It's so hard to not push myself but I have to listen to what my body says.
