July 26: Small Goals Commitment Challenge -- Sad Day at Home

Happy Wednesday!

Highlights include:

* Yesterday was day 164 of my 10+ fitness minutes streak
* Today is day 104 of 108 (96%) blogging for this challenge (details below)

Today is a bad day at home. My oldest (almost 14) broke his leg (tibia) in 2 places today at skateboarding camp. He is super-careful and this is his first-ever real injury. He just caught something wrong.

We have to take him to the doc tomorrow for a cast and cross our fingers that he doesn't need surgery as part of fixing it. All forms of positive thoughts welcome :). So hard to see the little ones in so much pain. At least he's resting on the couch now.

I'm happy we did a bunch of outdoor adventures last weekend with amusement park, hiking, and more before this happened.

Today's exercise bike will be good stress management. Off to do that now.

1) Getting this challenge launched. I think this could be a lot of fun and a big way to help people, so I will work on this almost every day at least some.
2) I'm working to build the fitness level for my kids in various ways that I'll share more about on future blogs.
3) A commitment to keep my 10+ fitness minutes streak going.
