Feeling Full, Drinking Water All Day

I have started bringing smaller lunches to work because my appetite has decreased. I drink water before and after my meals and when I do this, my tummy fills up really fast. sometimes when I pack my lunch, I will pack enough lunch for two days. I will eat 1/2 on one day, and the rest of the meal on the other day. On Sunday I pack my lunch for the entire week and bring this bag of lunch items to work on Monday Morning.
Drinking water has so many benefits: it fills you up fast, it aids in you digestive system to help you go to the bath room, It gives you clear skin, it is better than drinking sugary drinks, and it keeps your body hydrated. I love having a feeling of being full. Being full does not mean you have to fill up on all kinds of food. All you have to do is drink plenty of water throughout the day. I drink from the faucet and I don't like to buy bottled water because it is very expensive. While at work, I stop drinking my water at 1:30 in the afternoon. I have a long commute on the vanpool going home and I don't want to have to use the rest room.
In the bible it says to love your neighbor as you love yourself. I am trying to take better care of me. Self care is important because you will not be able to take care of no one else unless you 1st take care of yourself. You must have healthy eating habits to have a healthy body and a healthy mind. What you do for yourself today will make you have a healthier future. Take care of yourself now or those ugly pounds of fat will come on your body and you will have to shed those pounds later.
