28 day boot camp total body workout review

I did Nicole's 28 day boot camp total body workout yesterday.
I used 8 lb weights (really wish I had some 5 lb. weights, some of those exercises kicked my butt and I have been kettlebell training with 20 lbs.!) I had to do beginner exercises on some of the moves!
Woke up with the good kind of soreness this morning! I will be throwing this video into my mix regularly.
I highly recommend you try this one out if you are looking to shake things up!
