Notes: This really is a long game isn't it, this life thing. July was - immense, it felt like an entire aeon all of it's own. I succeeded somehow, despite failure after failure after failure to rein in my eating. I failed my way to exactly where I wanted to be...maybe success is not needed to succeed after all... but as that song from Wicked goes - ' something has changed within me - something is not the same' Defying gravity, that's the song - July was gravity defying and I suppose it really is time to be through with rules and close your eyes and take a leap.... it has given me a momentous month and is my choice from here on out.
