Best trip to Alaska ever.

I am the luckiest person on the planet. I just got back from a cruise from Vancouver, Canada to Whittier, Alaska then a train trip to the town of Talkeetna, Alaska that is right across the river from the tallest mountain in North America, 20,320 ft high and then a bus trip to Denali National Park. We ended in Fairbanks and flew home from there We had awesome weather. In spots, it was even too hot. No rain at all. Denali, which we learned makes its own weather since it is so tall is usually shrouded in clouds. While we were there there wasn't a cloud in the sky and Denali in all of its beauty was there to see. We understand that only 3% of all of the people that come to see Denali get a view like we did. Only 30% can see any of it at all. I forgot to bring the picture I took to work. I'll post it tomorrow.
While we were in Talkeetna we took a hike to the top of the Curry Ridge. Each switchback on the path showed an even better view of the range that Denali is is in. When we continued on to Denali National Park, we were able to see the Alaska four-pack, Bears,
We saw salmon swimming upstream, Bald eagles soaring, otters and trumpeter swans. Alaska has wild animals at every turn. Even our hotel in Fairbanks had a sign that warned that moose sometimes wander near the hotel.
I apologize for being so effusive of our trip. It's just that Alaska and Denali have been #1 on my bucket list for so long and this trip was as near perfect as it could be.
