I have accomplished so much

I haven't lost much weight. But, I have accomplished so much! I moved out of the county I lived in and out of an apartment and into a house that I love. I live in a new county. I have done so much to reduce stress. So, I am very happy with that. I feel like now I can focus on my health and do much better because of my new, better environment.

    Reducing stress which is often a big player in weight gain is a huge step! You must conyto give yourself credit for every step even if it doesn't appear to be related to weight loss! realize the weight is off your shoulders from just reducing stress
