Excellent small goals

Just saw this in on Spark and it really resonated. Enough to copy it and post it here so I don't forget.
My small goals:
No french fries or potato chips, make another choice for a side.
Eat a fruit and/or vegetable with every meal.
Eat my vegetables first to feel fuller.
Drink a glass of water before each meal.
Drink more water than diet soda.
Reduce my bread by one half.
Exercise 20 minutes each day.
Park farther away and walk.
Break your 12 hour fast with a healthy breakfast.
Journal 3 good things you've done each day.
