I'm setting a new goal of working my way up to dancing or walk aerobics for 1 hr. a day.
I made a mistake yesterday and ate a sugary high-calorie snack.
I was concerned about getting my blood sugar levels down--I danced for 35 minutes before bed and for another 25 minutes in the middle of the night.

I'm not going to dwell on the choice I made. Today's Spark coach challenge was to set a new fitness goal. I was thinking how much an hour of dance could do for me on a good day.
I love dancing to my favorite Youtube music videos. That is some thing I really love. I mix movements I've seen in dance aerobic and walk aerobic exercise tapes.

It was a bit of a stretch to do that much --- not easy on the calf muscles, but it is a goal worth working on. I can, also, substitute some chair dancing when needed. emoticon
I'm also dealing with some depression/grieving right now. I found it is much easier to do some household chores by saying " I will work on (chore x) while I play 3 favorite songs.
Then I can rest and move on to another chore.
It is my best way to get going. Depression is a very lethargic state at times and I am in treatment almost daily, so it takes extra time and energy.
