Notes: If July was immense then August was Epic. There is good and bad in all epic things, but I am very glad August happened as it did. I learned alot, and hope to use it going forward. The biggest thing I learned in August was that I prefer to just live, not track, not worry, just live. People claim I look like I lost a tonne of weight but I returned home weighing exactly the same as before vacation. But I have lost weight, that's for sure, swapped some fat out for muscle.. and all whilst not thinking a whit about exercise, calories or food. There is something to be had here, and I'll have it for September emoticon
