Ok so I have touched 300 twice in the past few weeks but then always go back up a couple pounds, like it's toying with me, or I'M toying with me.

Today 307, but I admit I sat around all day yesterday and did nothing. I watched Netflix and zoned out.

I woke up today with vertigo. A little dizzy and a little nauseous. A strange thing for me, I don't think I've ever had this. Weird!

So today I go into work late but I have my shoes on this morning, ready to bike. Maybe.

Or Hurl.

I wanted to be 295 or under for vacation at the end of this month. I always sabbotage myself when I set a particular goal. 10 pounds, 3 weeks.
