I cant believe I down from 173lbs to 141lbs! I weight less than I ever did in highschool. ^_^ I lost my weight though fasting twice a week for 24 hours each time, and eating less junk. The other days I eat normally. I found it easier than counting every bite of food( which I did for the first 10lbs) The counting was giving me too much anxiety. I also went to the gym every other day for about a month. Then cut back to twice a week after I started fasting.
