Catching up and coming back

So, as most of my sparkfriends know, I took a step back from Sparkpeople a while back. I honestly became so obsessive that it wrecked me when I missed spinning the Spark wheel. To be fair, I hadn't missed a spin in 1,030 days so.....
Anyway, on the 6th I rejoined the land of the Sparking and the 35th round of BLC. I'm a Bronze Wellness Warrior. My goal is to regain some good habits w/o becoming obsessive again.

I plan to do two "streaks". One, in nutrition, that at least one meal a day will be void of processed foods. The other, in fitness, is to Exercise AT LEAST 5 days per week for AT LEAST 20 minutes MINIMUM. So far, so good.
