So. I am back! Life has taken some unusual turns which have been easy to deal with by eating freely... so, as you guessed, I've gained weight back :( And I'm not feeling good about what I see in the mirror (because I know what I've done wrong and I also know better than to let this problem continue to slide, as it will be easier to lose the weight NOW then it will be once I get back to my heaviest weight 155! Currently, I am 148. I want to be 130, but I'd be more than happy with 135! So that means I have 148-135 = 15-18 pounds to lose!
Joe and I are planning a trip to Mexico in February 2018 and I hope between now and then, I can accomplish this goal! #PlanningForTheWin
I will start tracking my daily food again, and get a good idea of how many calories I already consume... then adding my fitness minutes, I want to get a handle on what my CURRENT body is doing and what this 40 year old version of me requires to stay at a much healthier weight!
I can do this!!! I really should take NEW before pictures for motivation!!! Why is this part so mortifying and hard to do!!!???
