SMART goals for BLC 35

For my fitness streak AND for my sanity:
emoticon Exercise AT LEAST 5 days per week for AT LEAST 20mins MINIMUM each day.
For my nutrition streak:
emoticon I will onsume AT LEAST 1 meal without processed food per day for AT LEAST 5 days per week MINIMUM.


Alright, SMART goals, here we go:
In the next 8 weeks, I will:
Train with my run group or on my own at least three times a week so that I can run the Hypothermic Half, in February, strong and injury free.
Continue my personal training sessions with Veronica and, if scheduling permits, add a BodyPump session on my own time.
Do yoga AT LEAST once a week. If time allows, I will add in a second day.

HYDRATE - I've got to get back to drinking my 2L of water a day. I'm aiming for 6/7
REST - six or more hours of sleep a day. I'll supplement with a midday nap, if necessary.

That's enough for now. emoticon

As an aside, this little girl, my Roo, wants to be an artist, a "cooker" and a "racer like you Mommy", when she grows up. My #1 goal is to keep being the best me that I can be so that she continues to want to follow my path to healthy goals. Love her to bits. emoticon
