Whole30 Week 1

Pro: I lost 5 pounds and my tummy has shrunk a little. That's pretty great. I'm able to fall asleep quicker.
Con: I'm super tired. Chasing after my kids all day. Homeschooling. Taking 2 hour long walks with them every day. Meal prep. Making these super specific meals that don't contain sugar, grains, lentils, dairy or alcohol. And then going to work at night. I get 4 hours of sleep at night if I'm really super lucky. Also it's really expensive. I've gone through my entire months budget in the first week.
Things I've learned: I use sugar to stabilize my mood and give me energy throughout the day and to of course comfort me. I miss it. I miss it a lot.
