Let's do this again! I'm gonna be honest, I don't know how well this is going to go. Life is a bit hectic right now. But I need some motivation and I need some focus. So here's what's been going down...

I currently have 3 children. 2 in school, and a breastfeeding infant. I get 5 relatively free hours a day while the girls are gone. Following my calorie goals is just not going to happen because of the breastfeeding. I am hungry ALL THE TIME! So the goal is to make those calories count and keep them on the healthy side. I'm trying, but I seem to have this attachment to Quaker Chewy Granola Bars that I just can't quit. Not the worst nutritional choice, but also not the best by far. As of 3 weeks ago, I can honestly say that I am eating mostly homemade meals. My daughter's psychiatrist has us really focusing on routines and in order to do that I'm doing what I can to get dinner on the table at the same time each day. Where I'd been mostly relying on my aunt to cook, that was never predictable what time we'd be eating or what we'd be eating. Now I'm doing scratch cooking and dinner is about 4:30pm. My aunt has complained I'm feeding her too many vegetables. emoticon

As for the fitness side of things. It's a little rough. Breastfeeding means way more time than I'd like sitting on my rear end. What I am doing is working towards increasing my step goals. Also, I'm guaranteed at least one walk a day when I go to pick up my oldest from school. I do want to make a conscious effort to get strength training in as well. Sadly my focus has been off, and while I have the best intentions, my brain has a way of distracting me. I'm working on that though. I kinda feel like there may be some PPD to blame for that? I fully intend on speaking to my therapist about that later this week and seeing if a med adjustment might be required.

Anyway... this is what my plan currently looks like -

Fall 5% Challenge Plan
MINIMUM 10 active minutes daily
Full Body strength training 3x a week
Only eat when hungry.
Drink that water!!!

    I think That is a realistic goal ! Just don't forget when you can raise it also make it fun dancing is good & sweeping too I'm not sure where you live but get outside when possible it's good for you & helps with PPD emoticon you can do it !
