I have been slipping a little, I have to get it in gear again and just start planning better. It's been 6 months and 50 pounds. I am proud of that but I am still sitting at 298. 2 pounds under what my drivers license says lol. I have been working with weight machines 1-2 days a week, so that's a little different for me. I was exercising EVERY day, now I take 2-3 days off, which I don't know if that's a good thing or not. I just mostly have to go back to making better food choices and stop feeling like I either "deserve" it or it's wont hurt me this once.
Maybe it's the weather? lol
