I've been on WeightWatchers since May of this year and I have only lost 10 pounds
I have tried my best to count points, stay within my points, use my extra points as well as earn activity points; I understand nothing worth having is easy
but the tracking points and tracking food (manually and electronically) is too much like work. I am not one of those who likes to stay connected. Working & looking at the computer all day is draining. Sorry for the moaning.
Any tips on how I can make weightwatcher work. My goal is to rid 14 pounds
by the first of December
