Time to Stop counting the Days

Has been 4 days since I blogged last so decided that I would stop numbering the days since I started back up Sparking. I wanted to write daily to get in the habit of journaling and to keep myself accountable
It seems that life has gotten a bit crazy busy lately ( all good crazy busy) and I am not taking the time to plan my meals and journal my intake as well as when I started out
I have made some small changes and had some success but know I would reach my goals better if I did write everything down. It helped me in the past.
For example-- this evening I made chocolate chip cookies to take to church tomorrow. They smell absolutely delicious and I haven't sampled even ONE!! I brushed my teeth for bedtime while they were baking so I wouldn't taste test them and it worked!!
