(Late) Health and Fitness Goals for September

I completely forgot to post this, remembered, and then still took another week. That's kind of how my September is going so far.

So, how did I do in August?
* Run two 5K Virtual Races
* Come up with a Way of Eating that works for me

I did the 5Ks, yay! I still haven't settled on a Way of Eating, because I had holidays at the end of August/start of September and pretty much tossed any attention I was paying out the window.

That happens every year. Something I should work on :-\ Anyway, I still need to settle on something. I also got lazy about cooking again, so I'll have to push myself back into that habit.

This month I haven't done a good job so far with the food, so I'm not going to have an automatic fail by calling that a goal.

I think I'll keep the one from last month for running, since I'd already set it even though I didn't declare.

You know, I think that's all I'm going do do, since it's already the 20th:
* Run two 5K Virtual Races

I'll try and be more on top of things next month.

    I don't like to cook either so i find easy ways to add vegetables and protein to my diet. Like I purchase a precooked chicken and buy salads or frozen vegetables. It's barely cooking but I'm getting the nutrients I need.
