Getting Better Every Day

I am feeling more myself and have been meaning to come here and update. I have started low carbing and have lost 10 pounds since 9/3. I feel better, my sugar is so much better and I have more energy. I have been exercising for at least 30 minutes everyday. It's good to get back to a normal routine.

We are in the process of of finishing cleaning out my in-laws home and barn. There are just a few small details to take care of before the sale goes through next month. Hubby is relieved and sad all at once. Such a hard thing to dismantle a home and life. We moved his Mom here to our town. She was about 40 minutes away and it was just better for her to be closer to us and her other family here. She has settled in well and seems to really like the place. That's a relief for sure!

My doctor suggested I go see a dietitian, so I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon. I'm excited to see what she has to say and to read all the materials that I'll be getting.
