MORE WATER, MORE SLEEP

I've been doing WW now for 11 months and have lost about 13 pounds! It's great but still frustrating to lose so slowly. I am happy it's gone. Just have to shake things up a bit...... my body truly has a hard time letting go of weight! Need more water, need more sleep.
I'm 59 so I truly want to lose this faster than 1 pound/month. Hey, I'll be happy with 2 pounds/month!!!!
