Good Friday morning my beautiful SPARK PEOPLE. I must admit......I am always on the scale each and every morning. And I notice that's not good. Because if I don't lose anything I get up set.....and of course That's not good. Sooooooo what I decided to do is not weight myself everyday. But I will continue to eat right And workout. Something I just wanted to share.
