weakness and pain in shoulder

slow intentional movement allows me to exercise but i can't go for high reps

also the same side hamstring and neck

    i trained strict pull ups to ease my movement.

    wow did not even know i could do such a graceful pull up

    i can do 5 already, the same number i need to use use in my current program

    my pull ups were generally the initial pull of a muscle up, so my elbows would start to squeeze in. this is good enough for me, but for strict pull ups elbows are drawn to the side
