Sparkcoach wants three goals

I have an awful sweet tooth. I find it hard to pass by my admin's desk within taking a Reese's mini or York peppermint patty. Sometimes it gets so bad a buy a whole candy bar on my way past the vending machine. So my first goal for this month is
The next goal has to do with improving my sleep. I will be in bed every night by 10:30 and I will make sure that I don't have coffee after 12:00 noon.
*No coffee after 12:00 noon.
My last goal for this month is to drink 64 ounces of water every day. This should be much easier since I'm almost there already but guess those one or two days that are left are going to be hard.
These three goals are active through the end of October. If they work out, I'll see if I can extend it to November. I'll try to track it all in this blog.
