try everything but not commiting

Monday, October 02, 2017

i heard an advertisment on the radio for a diet product that really works because the person said they "tried everything" . my first thought was the person half assed everything but was not patient or commited to anything.

i can relate to that. i am a dabbbler. i try stuff all the time. I need to but the mental planning and energy into making a good plan, sticking with it and not making bs excuses.

there is more on my mind on this topic, but i will ponder it while cleaning something.

I'm a dabbler also, which can be good. Trying different things is a good thing. But finding the right fit then sticking with it is even better!

I think most of us are dabblers looking for the quick fix until we fully commit to actually making change. Once you commit to change it does lead to a long term plan and lots of small changes along the way.

One way to lose with little work is fasting, it needs some careful planning if you want to do a long fast, I just fast for about 24 to 33 hours! This way I don't get a headache as when I tried a fast of longer duration. Hope you find something that works for you!

Ah yes, always the hunt for the elusive "quick fix". Bah! Doesn't work that way, does it!
