I knew it... broken scale

This will have a bit of a 'tude. I knew it. My clothes were not fitting loose enough for what the scale was telling me... I even changed the batteries in the darned thing, and it was just wrong... I was soooooooooooooooooooooooo excited. But what did work??? I am tracking my food REALLY WELL. I am getting my workouts. I have 'lost it' a few times in stress eating... but not as often as I used to. But I am sad. I was out of the 170's... in my dreams. And on my scale! But it was a joke on me.

UGH! Oh well.
On the upnote! My new scale has a lighted thingy so I can see it easier! Yay! ???

Gotta laugh. Ya just gotta laugh.

TeeHee. Well. I am still not where the old one said I was... but I am holding strong (in other words NOT going UP!) in the downside. Down right at 12 lbs. Not enough -- but i am not starving myself...which is what I have always had to do before. My clothes ARE looser and I FEEL better! So thank you!

Thanks. Yup. I am not letting this kick me... but it was pretty defeating. Silly thing.

One plus, while my waist is not smaller, my legs are and tighter (more muscle). And my back is less 'lumpy'. Trying to accept the bad but KNOW the good. And there is good coming out of this. emoticon
