So today is my first feel good Friday blog! My weight is 246 (did not lose or gain). Will post weekly (for accountability purposes lol😊) Now on to the blog. Change is good if we make the best of them. Funny thing is change is always on the horizon. So why do we fight it? Let it work for us. I used change this week to eat better. Instead of eating out, I cooked. Planned too (which was a change) and made meals we could eat off of at least 2 days. How I love fall crock pot meals. Had healthy snacks too. The biggest change was my reaction to stress. I'm identifying where I feel it the most. Then I come up with productive ways to deal with it instead of my go to fatty foods and snacks. I'm learning to set boundaries. Will warn you in advance some people will resist. Its ok. Stick to your guns. Its your life and you have the right to make it better! I pray more and read the Bible. Asking for divine help to keep me strong and moving forward. God is a great listener too. I'm always looking for how he answers those prayers as well. He is such a great comfort and friend. Exercise! When I can't bring myself to do the weights or cardio, I dance! It beats nothing and that's a change. So that's just a few things I'm working on (thinking about going back to school and/or work as well). Funny how being a part of this forum has "Sparked" all of this. Congratulations to everyone who have met their goals this week and to all like myself who are on the way. Have a great Friday sparks and keep on changing for the better!💗
