All went well water, coffee and candy

Oct 6
Slept late and had breakfast late so coffee lasted after 12:00

I decided on 12:00 since I have some trouble getting and staying asleep. The internet says that caffeine stays around 4-6 hours in your body but age can affect that. I'm going to raise my goal to 1:00 PM for caffeine and see how I sleep tonight. I'll talk about water and candy tomorrow

    I love coffee but if I drink it in the afternoon, it affect my quality of sleep.

    I'm a caffeine addict, I admit it, but I can drink it until about 5 every day. Thank goodness! I need that late afternoon calorie free lift.

    Years ago I realized it was that darn 6 p.m. Coke that was affecting me - it's what I had while I was driving my kids here and there and everywhere. My typical routine is to have my 2 cups of coffee in the morning - usually before 9 a.m. - and that's pretty much it for the day! Hope you have a good night's sleep tonight!
