Can anyone doubt that climate change is happening?

Yesterday and today the fires that are burning the California wine country have made the air quality where I live just awful. Napa and Sonoma do not get dry, 70 mile an hour winds like this. Scientists know for a fact that the raising of the ocean's water temperature has fueled the devasting hurricanes that have devastated Puerto Rico, the Carribean, Texas, and Florida. There seems to be a new American disaster every week.

We are the only Industrialized nation that isn't doing something about climate change. When are we going to wake up?

    Well...as she sighs a sad sigh audibly...it's money...pure and simple.

    The behemonts that are destroying our planet are doing it in the interest of padding their pockets with money. My question is....what good will your money do you on an uninhabitable planet? Will you buy yourself a ticket to Mars so you can plunder that planet also?

    Disgraceful...the EPA guy Scott Pruitt should be kicked to the curb!!! Along with the whole merry band of money motivated people surrounding him in the White House!

    We have SO many planet upheavals there will soon be a time that FEMA and first responders will be too worn out and their coffers will be empty, unable to respond. Where is all of this money to help them going to come from when our leaders are burning through taxpayer money with self serving frivoulous things EVERY single day!

    Sorry...this just situation just defies logic!

    I agree with you 100%. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people with blinders on who don't want to really see what's happening. If they took off the blinders, they'd have to face that what a lot of what they thought was true was actually false. Then they'd have to change how they do things and they don't want to change what they do or how they think.
