I weighed in this week at 243.6 That's a 3.6 loss (public accountability is helping😊). So today I'm talking about a big thing called fear . I believe that when we acknowledge our fears but move forward anyway, we often succeed in ways we never imagined we could. The Pixar short "Piper" beautifully illustrates this. Please check YouTube or Google it and check it out (it's about 6 minutes). You will not be disappointed☺.
