(Late) Health and Fitness Goals for October

I really need to start doing these at the start of the month again.
Anyway, since I didn't set any goals until the middle of September, I only have one:
* Run two 5K Virtual Races
Which I did, so success!
Maybe I should set a shorter number of goals every month *lol*
Anyway, since I'm late again, I'm going to go with that. Goals for the remainder of October:
* Run the Zombies, Run! Virtual Race
* Get off the computer by 9:30 pm on work nights.
That last one has been one of my loose goals for a while now, but I haven't been very successful. Last night I accepted that I needed a little help with it, so I've actually scheduled the shutdown. Hopefully the added pressure will be the kick I need to get things done before the time limit :D
