Day 13 - Heading in to do my yoga for the day

I am so tickled! I've been losing a little bit of weight each and every day. Most people wouldn't track it as I do but it's been so long since I've had any success that I have to take the little successes and hang on tight to them. That will just motivate me to continue to pursue them and, eventually, they will begin to become larger and larger accomplishments. All for the good of me!
I had gotten into a rut and just couldn't bring myself out of it. I knew I needed to slap myself in the face, kick myself into gear but I just couldn't do it. I was getting further and further into a "lazyness" that I didn't like or accept. But I just didn't have what I needed to help me jumpstart myself back into a positive influence and environment ..... til I got back on SP!
Now, things are different again. I only got back on SP to use the Fitness and Nutrition trackers so I could keep track of what I put in to my mouth and hold myself accountable for my daily exercise routines. Well, that's all it took for me to get back to being an active participant on SP again.
Hey, if I can do it, so can you!
I am quite pleased to report that since getting back on board with SP 13 days ago and following the challenge they automatically put me in to as a new member, I have lost 4# already and my motivation has returned. I am back on track and my priorities have kicked into gear like they needed to.
All I can say is kudos off to all of the rest of you that needed your quick kick in the butt like I did. I only wish you huge successes as you reach your own goals.
