Eating Right 4 Your Type

I have been MIA for a long time. I just gave up all hope. NO matter what I tried, what and how much I ate, or how much I exercised, nothing worked. A few months ago I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. I have probably had it for 4-8 years. That is what I figure according to my weight and other health issues. Finally a Dr I was seeing checked my Thyroid and found it. I have stated on meds that are helping. My fatigue is gone for the most part, I am finally losing a few pounds. My legs cramps have decreased a lot. I do believe I owe a lot of this to the way I am eating. Before I started Eating Right 4 Your Type I still was not seeing any progress in weight loss. Since I started I have lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks. I will continue this diet and pray the weight continues to come off. This diet is to help give you a healthy gut which in return makes you feel better overall and can even help with medical conditions.
