Six months in review: May - Oct.

Looking back in retrospect, I've lost a lot of weight, I got down to 147 lbs, but in the last month I've managed to gain back 20 lbs of my 40 lb loss. Well, I'm not going to let those figures discourage me! I'm looking forward, not backward! I'm going to change that downward slide and get back control of my health!!! Here's to a healthier me in the next 6 months!!!
My DAILY Goals for Oct - Dec 2017:
1. Drink 8 cups Water.
2. Walk 10+ minutes.
3. Strength-Train 10+ minutes on Mon/Tues/Fri.
4. Eat no more than 20 Net-Carbs total for the day.
5. Get at least 7 hrs Sleep.
With these habits and eating sensibly, I will achieve my goals!!!
