Stuck In The Middle With You.

I hate the middles, you work so hard at one aspect of something only to realize you are duping yourself, or so you think. The middle of anything can be boring, hard, no end in sight. I just completed the second week of my daily working out and no weight loss and only a little bit of inches lost. Why am I not discouraged?
I feel stronger than I did a week ago. That's how I know things are changing. I also know my body will be upside down for a bit until my muscles help me lose weight and burn the fat in my body. Until I reach my goal I just have to keep on going.
