I found myself not actually hungry in the morning, so for a few months I skipped breakfast. Then I found out that has a name, Intermittent Fasting, or IF. Then read more about lo carb, higher fat diets, and tried that too. I was already in ketosis, so limiting carbs just made more pounds leave.
Am at a plateau this week, but imagine I will head lower on the scale soon. Am not overly hungry and don't have the urge to snack. All is good!
