I find myself being less active here on SparkPeople. I still make the time to log my daily food and fitness. I believe that's what has enabled me to keep my weight in check and maintain my healthy habits. I read articles and try new workout moves, but I'm not making big changes.
The friends I have here keep me logging in each day. Thank you all for being here!
